    Can I see Roostr’s rates if I’m already working with a forwarder?

    Yes — just sign up for our mailing list and you’ll get access to exclusive rates across our active trade lanes. There’s no commitment — just visibility.

    Which trade lanes does Roostr currently cover?

    We serve China, Vietnam, and Italy → US East Coast lanes. Italy is open to all; China and Vietnam are invite-only. More lanes coming soon.

    What if Roostr doesn't support the trade lane I ship on?

    Let us know — we track customer demand closely and combine it with our analysis of USCBP import data. If there’s enough demand, we’ll activate a new lane.

    What types of cargo does Roostr's rates cover?

    Our rates cover general cargo that fits in standard 20′ or 40′ containers (dry van or high cube). We don’t cover dangerous goods or special containers (e.g., flexitanks) for now.

    What incoterms does Roostr support?

    We support all major ocean Incoterms (FOB, DDP, EXW, etc.), but our mailing list and rate quotes primarily focus on ocean freight.

    Is Roostr a freight forwarder?

    Not yet. We partner with CMS Shipping, to execute bookings on your behalf. While we plan to bring freight forwarding in-house, our priority today is saving you money and simplifying your shipping.

    What other services does Roostr offer?

    We partner with licensed customs brokers, drayage providers, and sourcing agents to offer full door-to-door service and more.
